Diego Vitelli, LMFT is an adoptee, relationship, and family therapist licensed in Washington State whose lived experience deeply informs his clinical work. He specializes in supporting adoptees across the lifespan — including children, teens, and adults — in exploring identity, attachment, belonging, and relational patterns shaped by adoption.
Diego’s work is grounded in relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy. He supports individuals, couples, and LGBTQ+ clients in navigating identity development, relationship dynamics, and life transitions within affirming and inclusive therapeutic spaces.
He integrates attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and systems-based approaches in his work with adoptees, relationship systems, and LGBTQIA+ clients.
He provides virtual therapy for clients throughout Washington State and is committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood as they move toward deeper connection, clarity, and emotional well-being.
