Healing often begins when stories that were once carried alone are spoken within safe, attuned relationships
Relational Work Rooted in Emotional Depth & Liberation
Therapy begins with creating a space where individuals and partners feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. I approach this work through an anti-oppression, feminist lens that recognizes how systems of power — including patriarchy, racism, cultural conditioning, and religious scripts — shape identity and relationships. Together, we examine inherited patterns, strengthen emotional fluency, and build connections rooted in mutuality, accountability, and authenticity.
